This is a Citi Banks Project. COPS is responsible for the creation of the different types of offers for different types of customers depends on their level transactions, festive seasons, and also by tracking the life style. COPS is also responsible for triggering events to inform the customer via e-mails, SMS, service call etc. it senses the response by the customer on an offer and take the appropriate action on it. COPS also maintain the appointment related information which are schedule for agents and help the Offer Manager/Owner, to track the offer promotion and different statistics.
As a TIBCO Software Off-Shore COPS team Lead, Dibakar was doing requirement gathering, low level designing, performance tuning of integration and CEP codes, code review, maintaining development tracker. He worked on many POC for TIBCO pre-Sales teams & also worked as firefighter to handle critical production issues.
