BC Hydro is one of the largest energy providers in BC province of Canada. The aim of the engagement is to provide business solutions to the client so as to strategically enable them to align with their long-term objective of increased customer satisfaction by enabling customers to actively manage their energy choices, adopting new energy and conservation solutions, and benefiting from an electric grid that is modern, reliable, safe and cost-effective. Which in turns improves customer service, achieve conservation and energy efficiency, achieve operational efficiency, protect revenue.
As a part of Camgemini off-shore team. Dibakar was doing requirement analysis in this project. He used to translate business requirement into technical design. Dibakar was also responsible for leading the integration team and setting up the Complex Event processing (CEP) platform. He trained his team to work with CEP tool, setup the Runtime environment for TIBCO Business Events and formalized the way working with integration and CEP tools. He was single point of contact for TIBCO BusinessEvents architecture.
